News Item: Sister Sri - Seriously Ill

For those of you who may know Sister Sri, she is in the hospital and is not doing well. She is in the ICU on supplemental oxygen and is unable to communicate. Please keep her in your prayers. I spoke to her daughter who visits her daily. She reports that Sister Sri is not getting better and seems to be going down hill.
Sister Sri has made great contributions to the work of the Gospel in Thailand, especially in the early days. She was the principal translator of the initial editions of three of the standard works. She has been a faithful member for over 40 years and was baptized only 5 month after the first missionaries arrived in 1968. Every Thai member of the Church owes a debt to her as one of the earliest pioneers of the Church in Thailand who has remained steadfast all these years. Her contribution and sacrifices for the Gospel have been significant.
