Belinda and I were married in June of 1981. We live in Richmond, Utah a small community of less than 2,000 in the northern end of Cache Valley, Utah. We have four children, Ben - 24 years; Marinda - 22 years; Elizabeth - 19 years; and Nathaniel - 15 years. Ben served a mission for 13 months in the Maracaibo Venezuela mission and 9 months in the Chile Santiago East mission (and of course 2 months in the MTC). In October of 2005 the foreign missionaries were having trouble renewing their visas for Venezuela and church leadership decided that for the missionaries safety they would reassign foreign missionaries in Venezuela to other Spanish speaking missions. That is how Ben had the opportunity to also serve in Chile.
Ben is now attending Southern Virginia University and playing football for them. Marinda is attending Utah State University on a presidential scholarship. |
