On January 9, 2016; President Allen Matthew Swan, who served as Mission President of the Australia West Mission and Australia Adelaide Mission from 1974-1977; passed away at home. Pres. Swan took over from Pres. Richard J. Marshall, president of the Great Australia West Mission, in July 1974. In March of 1975, the mission was split forming the Australia Adelaide Mission, and the Australia Perth Mission. For more information, please see this website:
