1. This site collects personal information. As a directory service and a social network connecting individuals who have been involved with the same missions, this site by its nature uses personally identifiable information constantly. By registering on this site, you signify that you understand that the information you submit in your profile and any messages, photos, or other submissions can be viewed by the public.
2. Some personal information is protected. For example, home address and telephone information is hidden to all but registered users if that option is selected during profile registration. However, this protection should not be seen as completely secure. A user does not know all other registered users, and thus should not post any information that he or she wants to be kept private.
3. Obligations of Webmaster and mission.net:
Mission.net and the webmaster of this site will not share personal information about its users beyond the information given in registered profiles and public sources (such as news articles), EXCEPT at the official request of law enforcement agencies.
Mission.net and the webmaster of this site will make reasonable effort to keep personally identifiable information secure. Personal information from this site will not be used by mission.net or the webmaster for commercial purposes.
In the event that law enforcement officially requests information on a registered user, the webmaster may provide whatever information he posesses regarding that individual, including but not limited to profile information, e-mail address, and any communication received from him or her, whether originally intended for publication on the site or not.
In the event that a user desires to delete his or her profile or some of the personal information therein, he or she may do so at any time by logging in and using the "Edit Profile" or "Delete Profile" links. However, many search engines, internet archiving services, and other websites may have archived that profile page before it was changed or deleted, and it may be impossible to remove the record of that information. This is a reality of internet use, and the webmaster cannot change it.
4. Questions and technical support requests regarding privacy issues and this site may be directed to the webmaster through the contact page, accessible by clicking on his name at the top left of any page on this site.

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
