Well, how awesome is this! After my mission, I became involved in the legal field as a law librarian and am currently a paralegal. My wife and I have two daughters, Meghan (age 8) and Lindsey (age 7). On my mission I served with Elders Phelps, Nakea, Farnsworth, Ricks, McCabe, Moore, Goss, and Memmot, with an honorable mention to James Howard, Paul Dalton, D. Korey Lowder, and Whitney Roberts. My wife and I were able to go back to the mission stomping grounds during our honeymoon, so I got to show her Strasbourg and Bruxelles. We even spent a day in Brugges, visiting her cousin who was serving a mission there. I'm pretty sure I have the biggest collection of Asterix & Obelix memoribilia in the US, thanks in part to Thierry Cabanne, who was a member in Strasbourg. He also helps to keep my French DVD library updated! |
