Comments: I have 2 children, both adopted. Our son Marc is from Peru - we had an adventure going there to pick him up. Our daughter is Guatemalan though born in Los Angeles. I lived in southern California until about 17 years ago when we moved to northern California, near Sacramento for my husband's work. I am a registered nurse. I currently work for the state of California for the California Children's Services program. My husband Michael works for the state also in the IT department for the Department of Health Services. I have been the meeting house librarian for 8 years. Prior to that I was the ward organist for many years. I also served as the ward and stake camp directors a couple of times. I guess I've done several other things too but who wants to hear all that stuff. I love the gospel and missionary work. It's exciting that sisters can now serve at age 19. Wow - so many more sisters now going on missions. I'm grateful for my mission and for all those wonderful sisters and elders I served with. |
