I'm married (aug/2000) to a wonderful woman named Tiffany. I'm currently working on a PhD. in sociology at Columbia University in New York City. Tiffany is also in graduate school at Columbia studying nursing. My dissertation will involve comparative work on Brazil and South Africa, so we will likely spend part of 2005-6 doing fieldwork in Brazil. My academic pursuits have taken me back to Brazil twice, but unfortunately I was never able to visit Minas. It would be great to hear from any of you. |
