Hi everyone, September 12, 2006

I'd be excited to hear from any of you. It looks like some of the missionaries I served with are not registered or something because I could not find them on here.
Well, since I had President Houck as my Book of Mormon teacher at LDS Business College way back in 1999 or 2000, I have since married my husband, James Madsen in 2001 and settled in Vernal near both of our families, while he finishes his Bachelors in teaching Science. I graduated with an Associate of Science in General Education with enough credits for a bachelors, but I decided to get married instead of finishing my bachelors. I had a teaching job anyway at the time. We don't have any children as of yet. I think they don't want to come until Christ gets here. I don't blame them, but if we don't have any children soon, we are going to adopt-maybe even from a different country. Currently, I am the Site Facilitator for an after school program for three schools. I got to fly to San Diego in July to attend a conference for our program. My favorite part of my trip was going to Sea World and visiting the beach of course. California really is one of my favorite places.
I get to clean one night a week at the Vernal Temple which has been a real spiritual strength for me. I've been attempting to write some hymns that I hope to someday publish. Previously, I have played the organ one night a week at the Temple. I will be doing that again soon. I wish to say to all who know me: I love all of you and hope you are enjoying your life and your families. I hope we are all (including myself) staying strong in the gospel and doing much good in the world preparing for the Savior's return. Keep the faith and may God bless you all.
Love, Sister Tammy Madsen
