| We were in Antioch 3rd ward, my companion (elder Paplii) and I. At the time we were living with Elder Doug Marchant and Elder Brock Bryant. E. Papa (as we called him) was very curious, and one day asked me what 9-1-1 was on the phone. I explained to him that you dial that number if there is an emergency and the police/ambulance comes. He told me he wanted to call it to see what would happen. I told him that if it wasn't an emergency he could be in trouble. The next night E. Marchant found Papa in the living room on the couch, clutching his stomach. E. Marchant asked him what was wrong, to which Papa replied, "Marchant! Marchant! Stomach hurt!! Dial 1-9-9!! Dial 1-9-9!!" |
