Hello!
Wow, what a year this has been! Last December my husband and I moved to Japan for a semester. It was a great experience. We traveled a lot seeing the sites and visiting all the Islands. We learned so much about their culture and the traditions that seem to govern their lives. I loved it!
Then, late in the spring we moved back to the states. We now live in Boston. Oh, I love it here! New England is so beautiful and fun. Every weekend my husband and I find something new and exciting to do! Mountains, beaches, city--what else could you ask for?
Our ward here is fantastic! There people are so friendly and loving. We immediately felt accepted and loved and we were instantly put to work. I'm the activities chairman and my husband is in the bishopric. We love serving!
However, the most exciting news is that I became a mom for the first time! We have a healthy baby girl. Her name is Bethany Ellis Perry. She is 6 weeks old and is just as active and strong- willed as her parents!
We are excited about life and living the gosple of Christ! |
