Elder Jonathan S. Parker passed away very unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 6, 2002 of a brain aneurysm. His heart that has given him so much trouble, was strong throughout. He was able to donate five organs, 3 of which were implanted here in Salt Lake City on the night of his death. Two others were flown out of state and we are assuming that they have been used as well.
His funeral was held Monday, March 11, 2002 in Sandy, Utah. |
