I was taught by Elder Brown (Arkansas Brown) and Elder Osborne and baptized in Feb 1987. I wanted them to know the impact the gospel has had in my life and how grateful I am they were placed at the right time. We had 2 kids then, since then added 4 more children. Our son served a mission in Ecuador, now married, we have 5 grandchildren. Our daughter was just called to serve in Milan Italy Mission. I truly love the gospel though I had a rough time at one point and almost fell away but I knew the church was true though I was going threw a weak moment. I chose to keep going to church for my kids sake and eventually the warmth came back. I know the missionaries are place where they are for a purpose and for the right time and people. I know that is why my daughter is being sent to Italy. It would not have mattered where she was being sent. I know the Lord is mindful of who he sends and where. Thank you Elders for your willingness to serve and make a difference in my life. |
