Attorney. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Oscar Walter Jr. and Judith Stoddard McConkie. Married Carol Louise Foley, seven children.
Sister McConkie is a former primary teacher, ward Young Women president, counselor in ward Relief Society and Primary presidencies and Sunday School teacher. Born in Spokane, Wash., to Williams Massey and Joanne Louis Webster Johnson Foley.
