Marianne and I just moved into our first real home. We just completed construction of our three story townhome in Irving, TX. Things are going really good right now. Marianne and I just got called to team teach in the primary. We are teaching the 8-9 year olds and having a blast doing it. This is the first time I have ever served in the primary so it is definitely a learning experience for me. Work is going really well and I am about to close my first deal since switching jobs in October of 2005. I am a commercial real estate broker specializing in Apartment complex sales. My first deal closes at the end of September. It will close for $13.5M. With this one deal alone I will make more in one deal than I did in an entire year in the advertising industry. Marianne is still working as a CPA and grows more tired every busy season. She is ready to quit and do what she really wants to do...be a full time mom. No kids yet, but probably work on that in the next 6 months or so. Anyway, anyone I served with and happens to read this, shoot me an email. We would love to hear from you. Take care. |
