Comments:
My story.....I got married shortly (Dec. 2000) after getting home from the mission (Nov. 2000) to my beautiful wife Jenny (Andersen). We bought a home and moved to Lehi, UT in 2002, where we have been for the last 2 years. We have a son, Presley, who is now 4 yrs old, and a girl, Kennedy - they are the best thing that has ever happened to us.

I have been working as a mortgage broker for the last 4 years and have recently started my own company.

-- UPDATE 11-24-08 --

We are still living in Lehi in the same house - we love it here. We now have 3 kids - 1 boy and 2 girls !! (Presley (5), Kennedy (3), and Quincy) Gotta love kids! Other than chasing kids around things are pretty much the same from before.

I still do mortgages, but recently sold my mortgage company because of the current industry situation and because I had an offer I couldnt turn down. In addition to doing loans, I took on a little project with my mother and our family business - Rumble Tuff (we manufacture baby products, changing pads and covers for nursery, hooded towels, car seat covers, etc). She needed some help with sales and the company needed a facelift so I am currently in the middle of a 6 month trial to see if we can get things up and running better than before. Maybe this is my calling... who knows... we will see. Its been a fun change of pace from mortgages and presents an opportunity to take a breather while the economy straightens itself out.

Other than that life is great. If you are reading this.. I assume its because you know me. Call me - I havent heard from anyone from the mission in a while and would love to catch up!

Thats about all there is to say. Call and stay in touch! My cell is 801.318.3778.

- Shilo
