Comments:
Representing the Montana missionaries, I delight in telling you a little bit about "Brandon Land" as I like to call it. Since my return home in January, I've been busy with different jobs. I've worked as a substitute seminary teacher, carpenter, pizza delivery driver, efy counselor, and currently have been working as a Physical Therapy Aide for the last nine months. That's the direction for now. Summer was fun, and EFY was the highlight. Seeing that it was were I gained my testimony of the gospel, I have great enthusiasm for this program of the church. I got to work in Santa Barbara, and I enjoyed seeing lots of old faces. One of the jewels of the trip was when I got to see a lot of the people that had joined the church in Thousand Oaks. This was after one of them, Sister Peggy Rosenburg, had just went through the temple to receive her endowments! I have a deep appreciation for California, and know it was where I was forordained to serve. I love being home, but miss the experience of the mission. I worked the hardest I've ever worked and only took a few naps when exhaustion set into it's fullest power. But I loved it. I hope to be able to carry it on forever. Now, I'm looking forward to school in January at BYU-Idaho. I can't believe they took a rogue like me. I'm excited to be around more LDS. In Montana the pickings are slim, but now that I'm heading to Idaho, I'm looking forward to a good time!
