After working nine years in the hotel and travel business (you name it, I did it, except housekeeping) I decided it was time to return to school and finish my degree. I have attended LDS Business College, here in Salt Lake City, since January of 2005. Now, I have an AAS degree in business, with certificates in accounting and professional sales.
My wife Michelle and I were married in the Jordan River Temple in August of 2001. She served as a full-time missionary from 1998-99 in San Diego, California. We have not yet been blessed with any children, but we hope to start our family very soon.
Currently, Michelle and I serve as nursery workers in our ward. I previously served as an elders quorum instructor and secretary, while Michelle previously served as a Primary teacher.
When I look back on my time as a missionary in Canada, I think of all the wonderful people I was able to meet, from members, to investigators, to my fellow missionaries. Sometimes I even feel homesick for Winnipeg, since I served there for a total of 17 months. The other months having been spent in Regina and Saskatoon, SK.
The Lord bless each and every one of you. For those of you I got to know while I was a missionary, thank you for being a part of a wonderful time in my life! |
