Currently, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is using my talents to maximize bonus and royalty revenue by negotiating oil & gas leases on Church owned property all over the US , including Alaska . They have also asked me to evaluate mineral properties on the highest and best use of the property, to include environmental and cultural issues, development potential, and final disposition.
The Parks, Trails, & Recreation Advisory Board for North Salt Lake has elected me to serve as chair as we consider recreational issues affecting the citizens of North Salt Lake .
Eaglewood Golf Course uses me as a volunteer marshal, picking up trash, repairing ball marks, staging golf tournaments, and reminding golfers to play more quickly.
The Utah House of Representatives employed me as a Sargent at Arms for the 2009 session, providing security for House staff and facilities, assisting legislative committees, and working with the Utah Highway Patrol to keep everyone safe while visiting the Utah State Capital.
And, a little over one year ago, as the Assistant Director, I managed a staff of 25 doing over $1,000,000,000 of new construction, repair and maintenance for all state owned facilities, from Alcohol Beverage Control Stores to University Hospitals and everything in between, saving taxpayers millions by choosing efficient designs, saving time using design-build & other creative delivery formats, insuring that staff followed payroll, travel, and cell phone policies and providing training as directed by F Keith Stepan, Director of the Division of Facilities Construction & Management.
It would be great to have a perfect memory of all my companions or a quality journal. Some of the companions names are missing from the Alumni list: Pettijohn, Bawden, Haskell, Lloyd, Woods, Rippy, Timothy Lee Partridge, Winn Anderson, etc. |
