I have done quite a bit with my life since my mission to Costa Rica, Panamá, and the San Blas Islands. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1989, and with a Ph.D. in BioEngineering in 1996. I returned to the Cornell University Medical College and continued my medical education, graduating with a M.D. with Honors in Research in 1998. Next, I completed a six year General Surgery residency training program at The Long Island Jewish Medical Center on 30 June 2005. Currently, I am serving active-duty as a LtCol in the United States Air Force, practicing General Surgery.
Tally and I met via the LDSSingles.com internet dating service on 24 May 2001. We were married and sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple, on 24 May 2002, by Elder M. Russell Ballard. We are enjoying married life, together, and are excited with the adventures offered by the Air Force. We have three additions to our family, Elena Cosette Burdge, born 02 August 2004 (New York), and Juliana Claire Burdge, born 19 July 2006 (Japan), and Angelina Elyse, born 25 Nov 2009 (Mississippi). Each has brought us an immeasurable amount of joy in the Lord.
Drop me a line some time--I'd love to hear from you! ;-) |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
