He says that all the Missionaries serving in the San José-Costa Rica Mission are very dedicated to the Gospel of Christ.
Elder Polo is serving as a Zone Leader in the Atlantic Zone. He had many very wonderful companions: Elder Ashton from Utah, Elder Tagliaferri from Nevada, Elder Zelaya from El Salvador, Elder Giblette from Utah, Elder Henriquez from Honduras, Elder Nichols from Arizona, Elder Young from Utah, Elder Booth from Colorado, Elder Milhoan from Texas, Elder Barney from Pennsylvania, Elder Merrell, Elder Bennet, and at present companion with Elder Rees from Utah. Also he work in exchange with Elder Hunstman, Elder Riback and Elder Aviles.
Elder Polo is serving now in his last area in Limon,Costa Rica. He will be coming home March 6, 2007 and we are very happy and excited about it. The Missionaries that baptized me Stephen Hoyle and James Duggan (almost 20 years ago) will be visiting with us for Elder Polo's homecoming talk in our San Antonio Ward. Is going to be a wonderful time for us!
Now is Oct/20/2007. We are so happy that Tony is home with us. He is doing great! He is back in school working in his Biology Major and planning to continue into UCLA Medical School. Tony is busy going to the Chino Valley Ward, going to school and Institute and working in the University Gym. We are proud of him, he is a wonderful son, brother and grandson. He misses his Mission and always talked highly of all his companions. He loves the Costa Rican people and plans to go back one day. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
