http://jennyshaneander.blogspot.com | | Presidents: Manuel Fred Acosta (2003 - 2006) | Luis Ricardo Arbizu (2006 - 2009) | Served: 2005 - 2006 | Language(s) spoken:Spanish | Areas Served: San Miguel, Montes de Oca and Siquirres | Companions: Cameron Curtis | Jared K Labrum | James Preston Wallis | Your Occupation: University Of Phoenix Admissions | Spouse: Jenny | Comments: I am one of the adopted Venezuelan missionaries that were sent to Costa Rica. I was skeptical at first about the mission because it was so different but I really grew to love the members and the people with whom I served. President Acosta was truly an inspiring man and gave me a lot of advice that I use in my everyday life. I got home August 2006, got married to my beautiful wife Jenny August 25, 2006. We bought a house out in Queen Creek and I am working for University of Phoenix trying to get my BS degree. We had our first child Dec 24 2009 and his name is Parker. We are serving currently as Primary Teachers and we were ward missionaries. I love the Savior and I know he lives. Joseph Smith helped restore the true gospel today. I know that if we live worthy of our temple covenants we can be exalted with our families in the Celestial Kingdom! I hope to be reunited with companions and friends the next chance I get! |

LDS QUOTE: |
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
