Comments:
I live with my bride of 32 years in the woods outside a little town called North Pole, Alaska. The kids are all moved out so the cabin is quiet. We are a martial arts family which gives us a great winter activity and in the summer I ride my Harley. In November of 2002 we opened up a new Taekwon-do school. It's name is Three Dragons Martial Arts Academy. My 31 year old daughter, Alicia, moved to Santa Cruz, CA to open a TKD and Fitness Cross Training school. She and her brothers are 4th degree blackbelts and travel internationally to compete. My Mexican bride teaches spanish at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. There are moose in the yard, beavers in the river nearby, and wolves out there somewhere (I can hear them). We have no traffic noise or n-people noise (neighbors) which makes for a very quiet existence. I dropped out of the rat race for this and it is sweet. Another of my mission group, Jeff Collett has joined us up here in Alaska and is gold mining with me.

LDS QUOTE:
"You are a great army of returned missionaries. Go forward with new zeal and determination, and through your example shine the light of the gospel in this troubled world. This is the Lord's work in which we are engaged. God lives. Jesus is the Christ. We belong to His Church. This is my witness to you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
- Elder L. Tom Perry
Ensign, Nov. 2001
