Presidents: Russell C Taylor (1976 - 1979) | Served: 1976 - 1978 | Areas Served: Warner Robins and Douglasville, GA; Florence, Muscle Shoals, Decatur, and Birmingham, AL | Companions: Steve C Kotter | Michael D. Mounteer | Dale Lee Orton | Jim M. Stone | Bruce R Tregaskis | Your Occupation: sales Manager | Spouse: Janell | Comments: I'm happily married (to one wife) with 6 kids. My oldest son served in the Ohio, Columbus Mission; and now my second oldest son has just left for the New Hampshire, Manchester mission. My third oldest son is a senior this year (2008), and I have a daughter that's a sophomore in high school, another daughter that's 10 years old, and another son that just turned eight this past summer (2007); you're right, lots of kids still at home for such an old guy. I didn't marry until I was 28; but they keep me young though!
I've only been to one mission reunion, the one just after I returned home from my mission, because I've never heard where and when to meet. Maybe someone could help direct me where I might find out about mission reunions.
I see that not all of my companions have registered with this website, but I would love to hear from all those that have; so, look out for those of you who have registered, I’m going to try to contact you guys; even from those who I didn't have the opportunity to have as a companion, but still made great friendships with. I still think of each of you from time-to-time and look forward to making contact with you again and renewing old friendships. |

LDS QUOTE: |
"Brothers and sisters, the missionaries need our faith and prayers. Pray fervently every day for their safety and protection, for this is one very important way we all can support them in accomplishing their essential assignment of proclaiming the gospel to all the world. I bear testimony that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We are engaged in his work. I testify that through the faith and prayers of all members of the Church, we will continue moving this great work forward to the final victory. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
