Hey all. My wife, Lori, and I have been married fifteen years (4-24-1992), and we have three children: John IV (10-25-1995), Natalie (1-9-2000), and Andrew (6-9-2005).
We've moved around a bit; after graduate school I taught two years at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, four years at BYU-Idaho, and I've been at Oklahoma State University since June 2005.
I'm an Assistant Professor in the College of Education. I have my Ph.D. in Instructional Technology, which means that I teach people how to design instruction to be more effective, efficient, and engaging. Basically, I'm an instructional engineer; I design instructional systems. My wife just says, "Ask him what he does." My son, John, says, "he teaches people how to teach."
