The City of Manhattan Beach, CA is going to be the host city for over 80 Hungarians who are coming to represent Hungary in the Special Olympics. The city will be hosting the athletes on Wednesday and Thursday July 22nd and 23rd. If anyone is interested in volunteering, I am sure the host committee would love to have you. I have been told that the coaches all speak some English, but the athletes (more than 70 people) do not. Please contact me if you are in the greater LA area and would like to volunteer. You would be required to attend a Sensitivity Training Program that is about an hour long. Thanks so much.
