What great times we shared!
A little about me...Jeni and I have been married for 23 years and are the parents of five children; Ralph (17), Will (15), Grace (12), Lucy (10) and Jake (7). We have been greatly blessed as a family in countless ways.
My post mission years have been spent in school and work. I graduated from the University of Utah in 1983 with a degree in Journalism. I worked for a time at KSL-TV in Salt Lake City as a sports reporter/producer. I then pursued graduate business studies at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina graduating with a MBA in 1986. After graduation, we stayed in North Carolina and I worked for a real estate development company.
We moved back to Utah in 1994 and I continued my career in real estate development, with the exception of a couple of years working for the State of Utah as the Director of Business and Economic Development. I currently am president of a real estate development company.
I have had many varied and wonderful callings in the church including Stake clerk, Stake executive secretary, counsellor in two bishoprics, member of a high council, Ward YM presidencies, and Bishop of a singles ward at The University of Utah. I'm currently serving in our Stake YM presidency.
I remember with fondness my time in Indonesia. My testimony was a work in progress then but through my cumulative life experiences my testimony is strong and continues to grow in strength with each day I'm blessed to be alive.
Jeff.
PS I had other companions not listed above. Aaron Lyman, Nicco Hopman, Craig Butler and Paul Hagood (in Bossier City, LA.) I spent the last 4+ months of my mission in the Jackson, MS. mission because we coudn't get our visa's renewed in Indonesia. |
