After returning home from my mission I did all the things I am supposed to do or what was expected of me anyway. I didn't go to school though and get the education that my Patriarchal blessing stated that I should get. I did start school in 2001 and just completed my MBA in may of 2008. Because of my lack of education and high real estate prices in our area, my former wife decided that she would make other arrangements after my first year of school. By 2003 I was a single, broke man that only had my three sons to keep me going. I ended up falling away for a while, meeting someone else at work and having a son with her. We ended up getting married in February of 2006 and now have a Daughter. I am back in church and have my Temple reccomend again. Now I sit in an Elders Quorum with guys half my age wishing that I had done things differently. My oldest son is going to go on a mission in a few years. We are also prepairing to move to Arizona to a new home and new life. My parents retired there five years ago and we visit often. I do have a testimoni of the Church and of the Savior Jesus Christ. I have a love for the repentance process and how that process works on the administative level of the Church. |
