News Item: RD Dunkin passes away

RD Dunkin died yesterday morning (29 December) in Dallas, Texas, while attending a National Order of the Arrow Annual planning conference. Cause of death was likely a sudden heart attack. His body will be returned to Iowa, and there will likely be a funeral toward the end of the week, perhaps Friday or Saturday 5 or 6 January. RD Dunkin's brother is coming into the Quad Cities Sunday, and by Monday more details should be known, which I will pass along when they are available. He was a member of the Davenport 2nd Ward, and Bishop David Hall is in contact with RD's close friends and family.
