Elder Parcell is currently serving in Ghana after being evacuated out of Ivory Coast along with many other Caucasion missionaries in November '04 when the conflict broke out. He will spend the remainder of his mission in Ghana, as the change has been made final. He is happy to be serving the people in Ghana, no matter what language they speak.
