My husband and I are living in a small town out here in the Midwest. It has been a grand adventure... one of those curves in life the Lord leads you on that you never would have planned for yourself! But we love it. The ward here is so small we hold many callings. I teach seminary, am in the Young Woman's Presidency and am the ward organist and primary pianist. Kevin is the Young Men's President, scout master and Sunday school teacher. We love working with the youth and are grateful for the opportunity to grow... although somedays we have to remind ourselves... yet we truly have been blessed. Anyone passing this way through Illinois is more than welcome to stop in. We are a couple hours out of Chicago... the greatest city in the US! |
