Hey all! I am the happy, and tired :) mother of three great boys: Devin-7, Sam-5, and Ty-1. Mark and I live in the same city I grew up in, and we love it. I recieved my degree in English from Weber State and work at home as a transcriptionist for broadcast news. Mark is finishing up his masters degree at the UofU while working full time as a counselor for the state of Utah. We enjoy road trips as a family, as well as playing baseball and watching movies. Mark is into triathlons and has converted me to running-but not to the swimming and biking...yet. (Although I must say, I enjoy biking much more when I don't have to wear a skirt! :O) I miss speaking Japanese and hope to return to Japan someday. I am so grateful I was able to serve a mission! It has helped me in every aspect of my life. I have been blessed to serve in the Young Women program 7 of the 11 years we've been married, and it is great to be able to teach them the importance of scripture study and missionary work-whether you serve across the ocean or in your own neighborhood. I hope to hear from lots of you!! |
