Update (March 22, 2015):
Well, I am still around. After several times "under the knife". My
surgeon recommended that I move someplace more conducive to my health. So,
I and my family are now in Missouri. Mountain Grove is a small community in
the middle of the Ozarks, and we have a thriving ward here. I now serve as
Building Representative and A/V Specialist and 11-year Scout Leader (we
often wear many hats in this area of the vineyard).
Annette and I sell used books online. We also bake bread and other
goodies for the local farmers' markets. Three of our children are married,
and we currently have five grandchildren. Our eldest son, Aaron, serves as
Elder's Quorum President in Mountain Grove. We have two return missionaries
so farin our family: Barbara (to France) and Cameron (to Idaho). We still
have five at home (Desiree, Ethan, Felicity, Gavin, and Heidi).
The Lord lives, and He loves us dearly. There is not a thing that He
cannot do for us. We just need to keep our trust in Him. Follow the
Prophet. In these days of doubt, we are so blessed to have a living prophet
and living apostles to guide and direct us. The Holy Ghost is always there
to show us the right way. We all can make it back Home to our Heavenly
Father. I know that these things are true.
