My family and I moved to Driggs, ID last August. My wife and I have been married for 12 years, and we have 4 children; Christian (11), Porter (9), Alexis (7), and Kelsie (2). I own an insulation business, and often wonder what inspired me to do so. But the area is beautiful, reminds me a bit of Suwa, and I love being in a small town. I am in the Sunday School Presidency, which confirmed my suspicions that they don't really do anything, so I guess I am a substitute Sunday School Teacher. I hope to return to Japan with my wife someday to teach English, because a 1 or 2 week vacation just wouldn't do it justice. I still crave the food, miss the camaraderie, and love the Japanese people. |
