I have been happily married to my wife Shaye for 12 years. I have six children--five girls and one boy. I own a construction business and a concrete ready mix company in the Reno area. I live in the same town I grew up in--just a block away from my parents and my grandfather. I have been back to Japan several times, once shortly after my mission working as a translator and I built some houses after the Kobe earthquake. I would like to go back again and see some old friends, go to a tabehodai, and go win the Chiba ice cream challenge. I think that my stomach is bigger now. I miss teaching and hope that my wife and I can go teach again in Japan someday. |
