I married the most wonderful wife in 1988, and have three daughters, now 19, 16 and 11. I practiced law in San Francisco for twenty years, then moved to California's central valley ten years ago. My family still has our ranch and we still have horses.
I have held most ward callings available to priesthood holders except for Bishop. I have served in stake callings as well, including on the High Council.
In May 2005, I will have been a member of the Church for 35 years. I returned home from my mission thirty years ago last April. I can't believe it has been so long. Time has rushed past. I am so grateful that I was given a testimony, and that I had the chance to share it in Japan. We all have our challenges, but I have never gone inactive or fallen away. I think it was because of the things I learned in those early days, on the streets of a far away land... a very different land... that is precious to Heavenly Father. |
