Time for an update. I am living in Garland Utah still. We just had our third little boy. We are happy. I found an Njera restaurant in Salt Lake that serves a really good plate of ethiopian food. I went down there on saturday and it was excellent. The tipps left a bit to be desired but the Kiawat was delicious. was on redwood road. It is called "African Restaurant" |
