Elder Jorge A. Rojas, [b. 1940], was second counselor in the presidency of the Central America Area, and first counselor in the Mexico North Area presidency after being sustained April 6, 1991. He is a former mission president, regional representative, stake president and counselor. He was a language translation business owner, former Presiding Bishopric Area Office manager. He married Marcela Burgos Perez de Rojas
