Retired special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Born in Modesto, Calif., to Charles Barlow and Deseretta Jacobs Watkins. Married Pamela Smith, four children.
Sister Watkins served with her husband in the South America South Area, and is a former stake Young Women camp director, ward Young Women president, and ward Primary president. Born in Modesto, Calif., to Edmund Leaver and Ruby Zesta Smith. |
