Former Elder Heber Stanley Cannon and his wife Virginia served in the New York Utica mission office when the mission was first formed in July 1994. Elder Cannon passed away February 12, 2012. His funeral will be Saturday, Feb. 18th. Details can be found in the Deseret News' obituary section.
