Walter L. (Walt) Ames is Managing Director, North Asia, and Acting Managing Director of the Tokyo office of A.T. Kearney Executive Search.
Prior to that, Dr. Ames was an associate prof of anthropology at BYU. He holds a B.S. (magna cum laude) from BYU where he majored in anthropology and Asian studies. He earned a M.S. and a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the U of Michigan and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School.
