Comments:
Jacobsen, Heber Smith: Heber is living in SLC, and is President of Jacobsen Investments.
My wife and I have 6 kids, 7 1/2 grandkids.
My health is very good at the moment. Never know there though.
My father lived to 100 and my mother is still going strong at 98+.
I have been back to Japan on several trips, most recently about 5 years ago when our son-in-law was studying architecture in Kyoto which coincidentally was my first branch in the mission.
I hardly recognized the place. It had experienced a major face lift downtown and elsewhere.
We had a wonderful 3 weeks there taking several long weekend trips out west to Amanohashidate and other places.
All is well here. Thanks for all the updates etc. on NFEM alumni.
He is the son of Florence Jacobsen, former YW Pres.

"Obedience is the price, faith is the power, love is the motive, the Spirit is the key, and Christ is the reason." The motto of the Japan Fukuoka Mission can be applied not only to missionary work, but to everyday life. -BYU President Bateman
