Comments:
Kent served for one and half year from 1999 in Atlanta Georgia Mission as a couple on a proselyting mission and has received a call to Japan Nagoya Mission. They have 7 children and they seem to be quite outstanding.
They are entering the Provo MTC on October 3 and are leaving for Japan on October 14, 2005; however, their phone numbers are as follows:
Cell Phone 435-705-1252
He was at the Fuji View Hotel Conference May 13, 1959 in Row 3
Sister Marlowe and I had the opportunity to serve in the Nagoya mission office with President and Sister Gary Stevenson. We were released about two years ago. (2007) Again this was a great experience. President Stevenson has now been called to the 1st Quorum of Seventy. His current assignment is Area President over all of Asia.
President Andrus, you may or may not remember, but I was the Elder you transferred from Nagoya with my companion to be Branch President in Fukuoka. I had a wonderful experience there. It helped me grow up a lot. I loved those people.
Kent W. Marlow died December 28th of pancreatic cancer. He served in the NFE Mission from 1958 to 1961. His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4th at the Ammon 2nd Ward Chapel, 1100 S. Tiebreaker Drive in Ammon (suburb of Idaho Falls). He is survived by his wife Ann, seven children and 25 grandchildren.

"Obedience is the price, faith is the power, love is the motive, the Spirit is the key, and Christ is the reason." The motto of the Japan Fukuoka Mission can be applied not only to missionary work, but to everyday life. -BYU President Bateman
