President Raymond Yoshimi Sasaki is a member of the Pearl City 2nd Ward, Mililani Hawaii Stake. He has been bishop's counselor, former high councilor, elders quorum president, deacons quorum adviser, and Scoutmaster. He served in NFE Mission from 1959 to 1962. He is a Church Educational System employee. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, a son of Minoru and Asako Ishihiro Sasaki. He married Jane Yoshie Miyashiro and they have five children. Sister Sasaki has been a ward Young Women president's counselor, former ward Primary president and counselor, Primary teacher, and Young Women adviser. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, a daughter of Makaro and Yoshiko Shinsato Miyashiro. President Sasaki was just honored with a surprise retirement party from the Church Education Program held on August 12, 2000 at the Mililani Hawaii chapel. |
