Comments:
After 15 years of temporary addresses we joyously proclaim our permanent location: 7408 Lattimore Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89128, Telephone number (702) 341-8803. We were loathed to leave our g'children in Lafayette, California but we are enjoying those who live here. The surrounding desert is decidedly different from tropical Hawaii, but the dry climate and heat seem to suit us fine. In fact the bright sun is keeping our daily outlook more cheerful and positive. During the heat of summer or the chill of winter we retreat into the comfort of our small home. By the way, you are welcome to come and marvel at our roses--lavender, pink, red, and yellow--blooms-six inches plus across--here in the desert, yet! No. I will not be attending the 2003 Reunion. Not that I would not want to be there but my health will not permit. Thanks for all you do for us who served in the NFE Mission. From: Esther S. Larsen

"Obedience is the price, faith is the power, love is the motive, the Spirit is the key, and Christ is the reason." The motto of the Japan Fukuoka Mission can be applied not only to missionary work, but to everyday life. -BYU President Bateman
