James R. Engebretsen, 42, Oklahoma Oklahoma City Mission; Broomall 2nd Ward, Philadelphia Pennsylvania Stake; high councilor and stake mission president; former bishop and counselor, high priests group leader, Young Men president, and missionary in the California Sacramento Mission; president of Waterloo Capital Management; received bachelor's degree in economics and master's degree in finance from BYU, and attended BYU-Hawaii; born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Arden Bernt and Eleanore Joy Allen Engebretsen; married Tamera Jones, six children. She is stake director of public affairs; former stake cultural arts director, counselor in stake Young Women presidency, Relief Society teacher, Primary chorister, single adult adviser, and counselor in Young Women presidency; received bachelor's degree in human resource development from BYU; born in Ukiah, Calif., to Milton Bennion and Grace Elaine Guymon Jones."
