To Peru Lima North Mission:
Please excuse me for asking you if we could communicate, but I am interested in missionary work in North Lima. I am strongly drawn to the people in this region and hope to help with humanitarian and social services.
I am a non-Spanish speaking English teacher/principal who retired three years ago. Now, I live with one of four sons who needed my help caring for my granddaughter and plan to continue my assistance here until 2013. She was born last September-2010. My goal right now is to learn as much as possible about a two year mission in Peru and find out why I am so eager that these next few years (senior years) should be spent in this area of the world. As a bilingual teacher, I'm embarrassed to say that I speak very little Spanish, but my adoration for the language has never ceased. I hope to correspond with you even before any paperwork or Missionary forms are filled out. I had no idea that I would find your website after deciding that North Lima would be ideal place for me to request.
