Hello friends out there! I’ve been wanting to search for my old buddies but I have been very much preoccupied with things since I returned from my mission. Three months after I came home in 1993, I married a charming, pretty girl I met at the Cebu Institute of Religion, who was about to serve on a mission (what a blessing I learned from my mission using the "commitment pattern"!!! hahaha). We now have 4 children. All are going to school. I am in the Elders Quorum Presidency in Las Piñas 3rd Ward, Las Piñas Philippines Stake. I am currently running a rubber bushing fabrication and an auto repair shop in Las Piñas.
It had been pretty tough facing the "real world" after the "mission" but because I know that no matter what happens, we must stay close to the church. I know that the Church is true and everything that is taught is indeed TRUE. My Savior loves me and I know that He lives.
I hope to meet my old "buddies" (companions)...... |
