I volunteered in Tacloban May-July 2005 in the Missionaries of Charity Orphanage. I became good friends with Sister Elggren and I got to know tons of the missionaries and the locals as well. I miss the people and the Filipino food! I especially miss my sweet little children at the orphanage. I was only an 8 minute walk from the mission office and the Fatima branch, so I went there often! I love the Philippines! |
