Quezon University; born in Lupao, Philippines, a son of Irineo Doro and Melitona Salinas Mina; married Elma Alipio Padua; six children.
She is Primary president's counselor, former Relief Society president, Young Women president, Sunday School teacher, seminary teacher, Relief Society teacher, and inservice leader; born in Tondo, Philippines, a daughter of Amando Hernandez and Angelina de la Cruz Alipio Padua Sr.
