Still think about Portugal so frequently...incredible, huh? The effect that the mission and the country and especially the people there had on my life is incredible and wonderful.
I expect to move back to Europe eventually... either Portugal or the land of my family heritage, Germany. (Or maybe Paris? hmmmm.) Still fluent in Portugues and I'm learning German. Of course, Honolulu and San Diego both have their appeal, too! Currently, I live in the San Francisco Bay area (although closer to San Jose than SF).
I'd be glad to meet folks in the SF Bay area who served in Portugal. Still miss it and love reminiscing...although it's been some time now!
Also, any tips people have for moving there would be greatly appreciated.
